This image shows several university Coats of Arms stacked up in The Great Court awaiting placement on pillars between the Goddard building and Parnell building. Three Coats of Arms on the bottom row are, from the left, University of Paris - Sorbonne, University of Adelaide and the University of Melbourne. The Coat of Arms for The University of Lyon is on the left sitting on top of the University of Paris - Sorbonne. This photograph was part of a series of photographs taken by The University of Queensland for possible inclusion in the Martin Report published in 1965
