(B) Number of large spheres generated from 1,000 HCC cells treated with DSF. *Statistically significant (p<0.05). (C) A total of 2×10<sup>6</sup> Huh1 or Huh7 cells were transplanted into the subcutaneous space of NOD/SCID mice. The growth of subcutaneous tumors (arrows) was apparently suppressed by the DSF treatment in a dose-dependent manner 8 weeks after transplantation.
