Knockdown of Cav-1 reversed EMT phenotype of HCC cells.

<p>(A) Knockdown of Cav-1 leaded to E-cadherin up-regulation and down-regulation of mesenchymal markers including N-cadherin, Fibronectin and Vimentin in SNU449 cells, as assessed by Western immunoblotting; (B) Silencing Cav-1 was found to increase E-cadherin expression and decreased the expression of N-cadherin, Fibronectin and Vimentin in SK Hep1 cells by Western immunoblotting.
