KSHV lytic replication leads to a loss of ATRX and Sp100 expression.

<p>iSLK.219 cells were seeded onto glass slides and lytic replication induced by adding sodium-butyrate and doxycyclin. Two days post induction, cells were harvested and subjected to analysis of expression of different ND10 components by immunofluorescence. Arrows indicate lytically replicating cells.
