<p>Specific lysis of autologous PHA blasts loaded with CMVpp65 peptides at E:T ratios from 20∶1 to 0.5∶1 was determined using fluorescent dye Calcein-AM cytotoxicity assay in CD25+ expanded cells. Graphs show pooled data from all cytotoxicity experiments in G-CSF-mobilized (A; <i>n</i> = 4) and non-mobilized (B; <i>n</i> = 4) CD25+ expanded CMV-T.</p
