Effect of folic acid supplementation on the progression of sentinel mammary tumors.

<p>Folic acid supplementation at 5/kg diet significantly accelerated the progression of sentinel mammary tumor over time compared with the control diet and two higher supplemental levels of folic acid after correcting for age at randomization and days on diet (p = 0.001).
