<p>Four representative histological comparisons of systemic inflammation in liver adrenal glands and lungs and lymphoid architecture in Peyer's patches in four week old WT (A,G,M,S), <i>Sharpin<sup>cpdm-Dem</sup></i> (B,H,N,T); <i>Rag1<sup>−/−</sup></i>(C,I,O,U); <i>Il4ra</i><sup>−/−</sup> (E,K,Q,W); <i>Sharpin<sup>cpdm-Dem</sup>, Rag1<sup>−/−</sup></i> (D,J,P,V); and <i>Sharpin<sup>cpdm-Dem</sup>, Il4ra</i><sup>−/−</sup> (f,l,r,x) mice. Systemic inflammation is generally attenuated in <i>Sharpin<sup>cpdm-Dem</sup>, Rag1<sup>−/−</sup></i> double mutant mice but exacerbated in <i>Sharpin<sup>cpdm-Dem</sup></i>, <i>Il4ra</i><sup>−/−</sup> double mutant mice compared to <i>Sharpin<sup>cpdm-Dem</sup></i> controls.</p
