<p>WT (n = 9) and T1R2 KO (n = 9) mice were placed on Western Diet for 14 weeks, as in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0086454#pone-0086454-g005" target="_blank">Fig 5</a>. Trabecular (A,B,C) and cortical (D,E,F) parameters in tibia were evaluated by µCT.
