<p>(A) Proliferation and cell death of CD8⁺ T subsets was analyzed by flow cytometry. Four defined groups were sorted and labeled with CFSE and were stimulated with anti-CD3 plus anti-CD28 coated beads. After 5 days, the cells were stained with propidium iodide (PI) to define dead cells. The percentage of proliferating and dying cells from different individuals (healthy donor, n = 3; OSCC patients, n = 3) are depicted in (B).
