Abstract

<p>A. <i>L. mexicana</i> promastigote and amastigote stages were suspended in CDM supplemented with <sup>13</sup>C-U-fatty acids for 3 h and isotopic enrichment (mol percent) in intermediates of central carbon metabolism was determined by GC-MS.
