Effects of ITE and TCDD on placental (A) and fetual weights (B).

<p>The pregnant rats on GD15 were given ITE, TCDD or the vehicle-control (corn oil). Animals were euthanized on GD20. Placental and fetual weights were recorded. No significant difference was observed among the vehicle-control, ITE and TCDD treatment groups (<i>p</i>>0.05). Data are expressed as means ± S.E.M. (at least five placentas or fetus were counted in each group).
