Inhibition of the binding of serum against P1 and P2 to parental peptide P1 and P2 by peptide homologs.

<p>Mouse antiserum samples induced by the P1-KLH/P2-KLH conjugate were tested by ELISA for their ability to bind to the P1/P2 peptide in the presence of dilutions of short peptide homologs to the P1 (A) and P2 (C) peptides. Human serum samples positive for HBoVs were tested by ELISA for their ability to bind to the P1/P2 peptide in the presence of dilutions of short peptide homologs to the P1 (B) and P2 (D) peptides.
