Correlation between PDGFRA surface expression and cell proliferation in human primary glioma cells.

<p>A. PDGFRA surface intensity was determined by FACS in glioma cell lines from 8 glioblastomas and 6 grade II astrocytomas. The glioma cell lines were divided into three subgroups according to the level of PDGFRA surface expression.
