IL-4 suppresses TLR7- and TLR9-induced production of pro-inflammatory cytokines.

<p><b>A.</b> We analyzed the gene expression of IL-6, TNFα, IL-12p35 and IL-12p40 by qPCR after stimulation with CpG or R848 for 6 h in cDCs treated or not with IL-4 for 24 h.
