<p>(A) For a library of 917 motifs, genome-wide binding site predictions were generated using the excess conservation method <a href="http://www.ploscompbiol.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pcbi.1003449#pcbi.1003449-Wenger1" target="_blank">[7]</a>.
