<p>Real-time RT-PCR analysis of differentially expressed genes of <i>S. agalactiae</i> vis a vis survival in RAW264.7 and in THB cultures. Twelve genes, <i>aroA</i>, clone B3 (peptidase), clone A6 (polysaccharide biosynthesis protein), clone E4 (oligopeptide ABC transporter oligopeptide -binding protein), <i>covR</i>, <i>divIB</i>, <i>dltA</i>, <i>dnaJ</i>, <i>hylB</i>, <i>pulA</i>, <i>secA</i> and <i>serB</i> were selected and amplified using real-time RT-PCR. Real time RT-PCR data for each gene is relative to that obtained for the 16S rRNA control. Data points represent the means ± SD of three independent experiments.</p
