Western blot analysis of RV proteins.

<p>BHK-21 cells were infected with HEP-dG and rHEP-Flury at an MOI of 1. After incubation for 24, 48, 72, 96 h at 37°C, the cells were lysed and proteins separated by SDS-PAGE. The G, N and P proteins of HEP-dG(lane 2) and rHEP-Flury(lane 1) and β-actin were detected by mouse anti-rabies virus G, N and P monoclonal antibody and β-actin mAB reagent (A). The relative amounts of G protein were determined by a molecular imager(B).
