Accumulation of viral proteins after infection with U_L26 recombinant viruses.

<p>Serum starved MRC5 fibroblasts were mock infected or infected with the indicated recombinant virus at an MOI of either 3.0 (<b>A, C</b>) or 0.25 (<b>B, D</b>). Viral proteins were harvested at 4 hr, 24 hr (<b>A, B</b>), 48 hr, 72 hr (<b>C, D</b>) post infection and processed for Western blotting using antibodies directed towards IE1, pUL44, pp28, U_L26 (C-terminal specific antibody), and α-tubulin. A representative blot from two separate experiments is shown.
