<p>Three biological replicates were performed for each developmental stage (n>500 for every replicate), and 12 for each adult tissue. Three technical replicates were conducted for each PCR. The comparison of the expression levels of <i>PyIGFBP</i> among different developmental stages and among adult tissues was performed using one way ANOVA with a post-hoc test. Bars with different superscripts indicate significant differences (P<0.05).
