<p><i>S. aureus</i> 8325-4 WT and <i>srtA</i> KO strains were grown until exponential growth phase in LB and BHI medium in the presence of the native or scrambled LPETG substrates. After 3 PBS washes, the bacteria were incubated with fluorescently labelled (A) IgG Fc region or (B) fibrinogen. The IgG Fc region and fibrinogen binding was analysed with FACS. The conditions tested are depicted under the graphs. The mean fluorescence intensity is depicted on the y-axis.</p
