<p>Banked PBMC were phenotyped based on CD14 and CD16 cell surface expression into four MO subsets: [classical (CD14⁺⁺CD16⁻); intermediate (CD14⁺⁺CD16⁺), non-classical (CD14^+/lowCD16⁺⁺), and transitional (CD14⁺CD16⁻)] and CD14-CD16- cells using a multiparametric panel of conjugated monoclonal antibodies that identified the HLA-DR⁺ PBMC live cell population.
