<p>HUVECs were stimulated with S100A8 (2.0 µg/mL) (<b>A</b>), S100A9 (2.0 µg/mL) (<b>B</b>) or S100A8/A9 (2.0 µg/mL) (<b>C</b>) for 120 min, with or without 60 min pre-incubated with SB203580, PD98059 and SP600125 which were used as standard inhibitor for p38, ERK1/2 and JNK, respectively. Then the TER was measured.
