TPA stimulates cells to move into neighboring acini.

<p>MCF10A cells engineered to express either H2B-GFP (green) or H2B-mCherry (red) were mixed and plated in a 1:1 ratio. On day 4, cultures of MCF10A acini were fed in the absence (control) or presence of 2 µM bisindolylmaleimide 1 (Bis). TPA or vehicle (control) was added 30 minutes later.
