<p>(C) Bioactivity examination of IL-2 in the supernatants from cells transfected with individual plasmid. The negative control of RPMI-1640-FBS showed a stimulation index of 1–1.2. The positive control of the purified endogenous IL-2 protein showed a stimulation index of 4–6.</p
