Endogenous expression of the PTEN/PI3K/Akt pathway in CML patients.

<p>(<b>a</b>) Endogenous levels of <i>PTEN</i> mRNA in CML patients and normal donors were examined by real-time RT-PCR. <i>PTEN</i> transcript was not notably decreased in leukemia blasts compared with the normal donors. *<i>P</i><0.05.
