According to the Bland-Altman analysis, 63.31% of the sample readouts were within 0.5 log<sub>10</sub>, 35.48% were within 0.5 to 1 log<sub>10</sub> and 1.21% showed greater than 1 log<sub>10</sub> difference.</p
