<p>Expression of mRNA was analyzed in 3D cultures seven days post-seeding, and results are presented relative to GFBLs. Results show mean +/− SEM from five parallel GFBL and breast SFBL lines from different donors (*p<0.05, ** p<0.01, ***p<0.001; Student's t-test).
