<p>Endpoint bAb titers (log values) to SIVmac251 Env were measured from two macaques which were immunized 3 times with only SIV AT-2 particles. The protein was administered by subcutaneous and intramuscular injections into the same sites, immediately following sham DNA injection. The difference of log endpoint Env bAb titers between peak (data from 2 weeks post vaccination) and trough (6 months after V3) is shown.</p
