Effect of raltegravir on HIV PI-induced lipid accumulation in mouse J774A.1 macrophages.

<p>(<b>A</b>) J774A.1 cells were loaded with Acetylated-LDL (50 µg/ml) and treated with 25 µM of LOPV, RITV, or vehicle control with or without raltegravir (25 µM) for 24 h. The intracellular lipid was stained with Oil Red O as described under “Methods”. The images were taken with the use of an Olympus microscope equipped with an image recorder.
