<p>BMDCs from BALB/c naïve mice were cultured with either <i>Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus</i> (Der p) (20 µg), LTS61K (10 µg), or lipopolysaccharide (LPS; 1 µg) for 24 hours, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
