<p>Mice were intranasally treated once in 1 week. After 2 weeks, mice were sensitized to and boosted with Der p mixed with incomplete adjuvant. After a final airway challenge, mice were sacrificed 3 days later and assessed for airway resistance based on (<b>A</b>) Penh values, (<b>B</b>) total infiltrated cells, and (<b>C</b>) cytokines in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF).
