<p>Distribution of A) internal mammary artery (IMA) grafts and B) saphenous vein (SV) grafts in 78 patients with a total of 254 coronary artery bypass grafts (CABG) scanned with 256-slice MDCT. IMA-LAD indicates simple IMA grafts to the left anterior descending artery, and IMA-SVB, composite IMA with saphenous vein bridge grafts. An IMA-SVB graft redistributes the flow of the IMA to two or more coronary arteries (distal targets) of the anterolateral territory, usually to the left anterior descending artery as well as to one or more diagonal arteries, or to the ramus intermedius artery.
