The pictures of cells treated with hemin for 5 days were shown in (B). (C) HBA mRNA level and (D) GPA mRNA level were detected using real-time PCR analysis. Real-time PCR results were expressed as fold induction relative to control cells at day 0 and normalized to GAPDH mRNA.</p
