Assignment tests conducted in GeneClass v. 2.0.

<p>Detection of first generation migrants was done using an exclusion threshold approach where an individual was excluded from their corresponding sampling site when the probability of exclusion was >95%. Individuals that were excluded were assigned to another population when the probability of assignment was above a more conservative threshold of >0.10. Individuals that could not be re-assigned to any of the sampled populations with a p value >0.10 were considered to have originated from a non-sampled location. Numbers in brackets in column 1 are the total sample sizes for each population.
