<p>(<b>A, B</b>) Expression of Cyclin B (CycB) in <i>sal^EPv-Gal4 UAS-GFP/+</i> (A, A′) and <i>sal^EPv-Gal4 UAS-GFP/UAS-da</i> (B, B′) third instar imaginal wing discs revealed with anti-CycB (red in A and B and grey in A′–B′).
