Downregulation of HRK didn’t change the activity of p38 MAPK, p44/42 MAPK and p53 in transduced PC-3 cells.

<p>PC-3 cells were transfected with HRK siRNA <i>(Lane1)</i>, control <i>siRNA (Lane2)</i> or mock <i>(Lane 3)</i> followed 24 h later by transduction with Ad-G-AT2R-EGFP (200 ifu/cell). After 2 d of incubation, cells were collected and subjected to Western blot analyses(representative of three different experiments).
