<p>(A) Plasma levels of IFN-α, IL-2 and IL-12; (B) IFN-γ, IL-17A and IL-10; (C) IP-10, MCP-1 and MIP-1β in patients with severe versus mild H7N9 infection on different days after the onset of symptoms. Data represent mean ±SD for patients with severe H7N9 infection (red tones symbols and lines) and with mild H7N9 infection (blue tone symbols and lines). Experiments were performed in duplicates and repeated at least three times.</p
