BV and GSK3β siRNA modulate the levels of cytokines in the supernatants of cultured splenocytes.

<p>Both BV (100 μg/mL) and GSK3β siRNA (100 pmol/mL) were shown to significantly decrease the levels of IL-4, but increase the levels of IL-10 and TGF-β1 in the supernatants of cultured splenocytes. The levels of cytokines were determined by Bio-Plex (n = 3). Each sample was tested for 3 times and averaged, all values were expressed as mean ± SD. * <i>P</i><0.05.
