<p>(A) HeLa cells were transfected with the indicated DNA plasmids for approximately 18 h prior to transfection with scrambled or B14 siRNA for 48 h. SV40 was incubated with cells for approximately 40–48 h before whole cell lysates were prepared for immunoblot analysis with the indicated antibodies.
