Expression of GSDMB in breast carcinoma and breast cancer cell lines.

<p>(A) Kaplan-Meier analysis of disease free survival (left) and distant metastasis (right) in relation to <i>GSDMB</i> expression in breast carcinoma data sets <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0090099#pone.0090099-Desmedt1" target="_blank">[18]</a>–<a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0090099#pone.0090099-Wang1" target="_blank">[23]</a>. Tumor samples were classified as GSDMB^high (carcinomas with the top 25% highest expression levels of <i>GSDMB</i> gene) and GSDMB^low (rest of the samples). Differences in survival between the groups were assessed by log-rank test (<i>p</i><0.0001).
