H3K4me3 and H3K4me27 modifications are involved in regulating miRNA expression in TGF-β-conditioned moDCs.

The miRNAs positions were predicted by Ensembl. The definitive and putative miRNATSSs were inferred from <a href="http://mirstart.mbc.nctu.edu.tw/browse.php" target="_blank">http://mirstart.mbc.nctu.edu.tw/browse.php</a>.
