<div><p>Background</p><p>Satisfaction is widely used to evaluate and direct delivery of medical care; a complicated relationship exists between patient satisfaction, morbidity and age. This study investigates the relationships between complexity of health problems and level of patient satisfaction of older persons with their general practitioner (GP) and practice.</p><p>Methods and Findings</p><p>This study is embedded in the ISCOPE (Integrated Systematic Care for Older Persons) study.
