<p>(A) Four thyroid cancer cell lines were tested for expression of EpCAM and CD44s by flow cytometry. The number indicated the percentage of the cells in each subset. (B) Immunofluorescence findings of CD44s and EpCAM in indicated cell lines. The cells were directly labeled using FITC-conjugated CD44s (green) and PE-conjugated EpCAM (red) antibodies and were examined under a fluorescence microscope. Nuclei were stained blue with Hoechst 33342. Scale bar = 50 µm.</p
