This document contains the questionnaires and responses of the survey conducted on the UML-B method. The survey assessed the usability of the method, particularly the notation used, from the developers’ perspective. The questionnaires were constructed based on a usability evaluation framework namely the Cognitive Dimensions of Notations (CD) and the usability criteria suggested by the International Organization for Standardization. This document is not intended to explain the survey execution, analysis and findings. Rather, it presents the raw data gathered from the respondents, which act as a basis of discussion in other related documents
