Co-localization with CWP1 was observed in the perinuclear ER and in areas corresponding to distinct ER regions or early ESVs (A, arrows). CWP1 is delayed in the perinuclear ER of Gl15483HA-expressing cells where it overlaps with Gl15483HA.
