Effect of salinomycin and recombinant human TRAIL on viability and cell cycling of GBM cell lines.

<p>(A) GBM cells T98G, U87MG and U251 have been plated either in the absence (not treated, NT) or in the presence of increasing concentrations of either salinomycin (Sal) or TRAIL and the percentage of viable cells after 48 h of treatment (<i>top panel</i>) and the number of living cells at 24 and 48 h (<i>bottom panel</i>) have been determined.
