Comparison of T cell epitope predictions and cytokine responses to 90 individual <i>H. pylori</i> genome-derived peptides.

<p>Per subject and per peptide, the predictive accuracy of IFN-γ ELISpot assay responses (N = 15 per cohort) and TNF-α and IL-10 CBA assay responses (N = 5 per cohort) was determined according to subject HLA type, as described in the <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0094974#s4" target="_blank">Methods</a> and <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0094974#s2" target="_blank">Results</a>.
