Cytokine levels in serum of <i>Ifnar</i>^−/−, CD11c Cre⁺<i>Ifnar</i>^f/f, LysM Cre⁺<i>Ifnar</i>^f/f, and Cre⁻<i>Ifnar</i>^f/f mice during WNV infection.

<p><i>Ifnar</i>^−/−, CD11c or LysM Cre⁺<i>Ifnar</i>^f/f, and Cre⁻<i>Ifnar</i>^f/f mice (<i>n</i> = 13 for each group) were infected with 10² PFU of WNV. Forty-eight hours later serum was collected and cytokines were analyzed by bioplex assay. Mean (pg/ml) and standard deviations (SD) are shown and <i>P</i> values are compared to Cre⁻<i>Ifnar</i>^f/f mice. Data are pooled from four independent experiments. Ns, indicates results that are not statistically different compared to infected Cre⁻<i>Ifnar</i>^f/f mice.
