SRA overexpression enhances adipogenesis in ST2 adipocyte precursors in an insulin-dependent manner.

<p>ST2 cells were retrovirally transduced with an SRA expression vector (pMSCV-SRA, denoted as SRA) or empty vector control (pMSCV, denoted as Control). A, Stable overexpression of SRA were confirmed by RT-qPCR using human SRA primers.
