Western blot assay of CD39 and pCREB protein expression in the brains of rats treated with L-DOPA.

<p>Rats were treated with L-DOPA at different concentrations (0, 30 60 and 120 mg/kg) once daily for 7 days, and the brains were quickly harvested for western blot assay of the expression of CD39 and pCREB (A). Protein bands of pCREB and CD39 were scanned, and their OD was determined and normalized to that of an internal reference (B, C). *P<0.05 and **P<0.01 vs. CG group.
